Spiritual Mentoring/Direction
Spiritual direction is the practice of listening deeply to and journeying with people as they live their ordinary lives while deepening their relationship with the divine. Spiritual mentoring adds conversation and teaching to our one-on-one sessions. We are all spiritual by our very nature whether or not we feel that way. Some of us consider ourselves "religious" as well. This is a place for everyone!

Our Relationship
You are meeting with me because you want to examine your life, spiritual and/or otherwise. Although I believe it is appropriate at times to discuss psychological and relational difficulties in the context of our sessions, I am not a psychotherapist, nor do I provide such services. Our work together may be terminated at any time either of us so desires.
Confidentiality
I will hold our conversations in strict confidence. Our time together is sacred. I will reveal the content of our conversations if I am required to do so by law or court order. You are welcome to share whatever you choose about our conversations with anyone.
Stipend
My stipend per one-hour session is $60-$80, payable by the end of an in-person session or as soon as possible after a phone or zoom session. This stipend amount is guaranteed not to change for at least 12 months. This stipend amount is negotiable should financial situations on your part warrant it.
Time of Sessions and Changes
We commit to begin and end our sessions on time. If you wish to change your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance by contacting me. Without this notice, you may be asked for the agreed-upon stipend. I will not call or send reminders for our sessions.
Arrangements
First sessions are introductory in nature and free of charge. Sessions are one-on-one in person, on Zoom, or on the phone as circumstances dictate, once a month for an hour. My client and I guide sessions together, bringing whatever feels most important at that time.
