Retreats and Workshops
My retreats are overnight getaways with a focus. My workshops are concentrated day and/or evening sessions. I can provide either of these within a framework of varying numbers of sessions/days depending on need and desire. I can be hired by a group of people with whom time and place can be negotiated. Occasionally, I will post an upcoming retreat which will be held if/when enough people have signed up.
Zoom retreats and/or workshops are also available.
Silent Retreats
We will spend retreat time in silence, with or without spiritual direction as part of the experience. You design how you will spend your silence.

Semi-Silent Retreats
We will spend most of the retreat time in silence, with daily, thematic group gatherings and with or without spiritual direction as part of the experience. A theme will be provided with handouts to help guide your silent times.

Dream Work
In a retreat setting, dream work will take place within several daily sessions in which to learn about the nature of night dreams and daydreams. We will share dreams within a trusted circle.
Alternatively, a dream group experiences a number of group sessions, either in person or on zoom, in which the group helps the dreamer unpack deeper meaning. This process benefits even the participants who have not shared their own dream.

Out-of-the-Box Spirituality
Do you have questions about how life works, what happens after death, or what your purpose in life might be? Are you interested in reincarnation, evolution, or psychic abilities? Do you wonder who God is, whether or not hell exists, or what judgment day is all about? Well, so do I! Together, we will discuss big questions like these with a small group of like-minded individuals in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Tell Your Story Retreat
Sometimes we just need to share who we are, who we want to be, who we wish we were. We need to tell our story. We will do that in sacred circles with others willing to hold our stories in their hearts and offer wisdom in a specific, guided fashion.
